If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so 24 hours in advance. No call no shows will be charged 100% of the booked service, (you will be responsible for paying for the full service before booking any future appointments). Any appointments booked the day of are automatically booked within the cancellation policy. Kindly note that when a service is booked, the time is reserved for you specifically. You have 48 hours after your appointment to contact me if you’re dissatisfied with your lashes so I can access the issue and get you in asap to fix/redo them if needed.
